How to use:
Start by cleaning the mini keg, faucet, spear body, and coffee hose with warm and soapy water.
Pour your cold brew concentrate and cold water/milk into the keg. Fill the keg up to 60% to 75%. Leave enough space for the gas expansion.
Cut the coffee hose to fit the height of the keg and insert it into the spear. Make sure that the hose touches the bottom of the keg without being too long or too short.
Attach the faucet to the spear. Ensure the connection is secure to prevent leaks.
Insert an 8g N2O (nitrous oxide) or N2 (nitrogen) non-threaded cartridge into a black cartridge holder. Attach the cartridge to the gas input of the spear, and hear the ‘whistle’ sound of gas injection.
Shake the keg to mix the gas with cold brew. Then put the keg in the refrigerator for about an hour. This allows the gas to infuse with the coffee, creating that signature creamy texture.
Once cooled, set a glass beneath the faucet nozzle, pull the handle forward, and watch the creamy, nitro-infused coffee pour into your cup.
